VAT, import duties, taxes or other fees are not included in shipping. We recommend inquiring with your country's customs office to determine whether there will be additional fees.At this time all items will be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse, located in Clackamas, Oregon. International customers will receive their items with the Duties and Taxes unpaid (DDU) and so any extra charges your country makes on the import of these items from outside of Europe, will need to be covered by you in order for you to receive your item. Should you refuse to pay the extra charge, it will result in the package being destroyed or returned to us.
WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
All international packages will be shipped via FedEx Cross Border. Cross Border relies on local carriers to deliver the last mile to the destination (VAT, import duties, taxes or other fees are not included in shipping). Customers will receive a tracking number once their shipping label is printed and can use a tracking service, such as AfterShip, to monitor the package’s route.
